What is your biggest challenge in your current role?

The biggest challenge is that I work at a startup. Some of the processes aren't set in stone; they are ever-changing and grow. You experience the growing pains of being in a startup.

The biggest challenge, therefore, is that some processes aren't set in stone. You have to find the missing piece of why a process isn't working, then figure out how it best flows, and create new processes. I'd say that's the biggest challenge, and you just have to stay flexible.
