What does the day in the life of a fractional CFO look like?
A day in the life involves new problems, but they are encountered in the same way. It's emails, phone calls, Slack messages, and WhatsApps, and texts with the problems or work of the day.
Some days I spend seven hours training a team on a brand new system. Other days, like later today, I'll be building a financial model for one of the companies I co-founded. On other days, I'm literally sitting there doing social media content.
Before this interview, I recorded two YouTube videos that will be posted over the next couple of weeks. My day is very much a series of educating and helping founders, building my own businesses, and producing content, both free and paid, to help more people learn how to do this whole entrepreneurship thing.
