Introducing Levels—because figuring out what fits shouldn't feel endless.
You've been exploring careers for weeks. You've watched videos. You've reacted to them. You've thought about your options. But if someone asked, "How far along are you?" you'd probably say:
"I don't know. Still figuring it out, I guess?"
Because career exploration doesn't feel like progress when you can't see it.
So we made it visible.
Introducing Levels

Every video you watch, every reaction you leave, every playlist you build—it all counts toward your Level.
You start at Level 1 when you create your account. By Level 4, you've reacted to videos you watched. By Level 9, you've explored 5 different professionals. Keep going to Level 17.
And you can see exactly where you are and what's next.
Why This Actually Matters
Career exploration doesn't have a finish line.
You can't check "figured out my career" off a to-do list. But you CAN see that you've watched 15 videos, reacted to 8, built 2 playlists, and you're at Level 6.
That's not just activity. That's proof you're doing the work.
Progress you can see keeps you going.
When you're 2 videos away from Level 7, that's momentum. It turns "I should probably explore more careers" into "I'm almost at the next level." And that shift—from obligation to achievement—makes you actually do it.
Levels remind you that you're not behind.
You're at Level 4. Or Level 8. Or Level 12.
Either way, you're moving forward. Even when the path isn't clear yet.
Your Profile Shows You What You're Actually Drawn To

But here's where it gets interesting: As you level up and react to videos, your profile becomes a map of what you're figuring out.
You can look back and see:
Which careers you marked "this fits me" (and notice the patterns)
Which professionals you kept clicking on (first-gen? Worked through school? Specific industries?)
How your thinking is evolving (broad curiosity → narrowing focus)
One reaction doesn't tell you much.
But 20 reactions? 30? That's not random. That's you seeing yourself more clearly.
We'll Show You Professionals You'll Actually Connect With
Based on what you've been drawn to, we'll recommend professionals for you to explore next.
If you keep marking education roles as "fits me" and you're drawn to first-gen professionals who talk about work-life balance? We'll surface more people who match that.
You don't have to search aimlessly. The platform learns what resonates with you—and shows you more of it.
What Changes When You Can See Progress

You stop feeling like you're wandering. You stop comparing yourself to people who "have it all figured out." You start seeing every video as a step. Every reaction as a clue. Every level as proof you're building something.
Because exploration isn't about having all the answers.
It's about building conviction—one level at a time.
You're Not Behind. You're at Level 4.
And that's exactly where you should be.
The videos you watch matter. The reactions you leave matter. The patterns you're building matter.
We're just making sure you can actually see it.
