What is your biggest challenge in your role?
The biggest challenge is feeling like I know what I'm doing. I know I worked hard to be here and I still work hard every day to get what I need done.
But sometimes it still feels like, "I don't know what I'm doing." I just have to remind myself that I am meant to be here. I do my best, and mistakes happen.
I can't be so hard on myself if I make a mistake. I'm very fortunate to have a team that recognizes that too, and that they are there to help me if I do make a mistake.
