How would you describe people who typically thrive in this industry?
I would describe a person who's thriving as somebody who has a strong sense of competitiveness. They want to be the best at everything they're doing, and that means they want their job to be the best.
But I would also describe that to be a graceful competitiveness. It's not to win at all costs for your self-serving interests. It's how do we all work together and how do we be the best together?
It's somebody who's always looking for the next thing, who takes initiative. They are really motivated to get out there, but they are also a team player.
