It's impacted the way I've navigated my career because the finance industry is certainly male-dominated. So, the way that I have approached my career is by asking: how can I also inspire, encourage, and help bring other females into the industry?
When I've seen this happen, it's created a more diverse workforce. This diversity isn't only in terms of gender, but also in terms of diversity of thought, inclusion, and problem-solving.
