What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?

I mentioned before that this role is very cross-functional. The thing I enjoy the most is understanding every part of the business and how it works together to create growth and value for our shareholders.

It's also about understanding how we're contributing to the world outside of us and making an impact, which is ultimately what my job role is. So I really love being able to take the complexities of business, people, and planet.

I come up with ways on how those things can work together so that we've got better people, better businesses, and a better planet.
