What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?

What I enjoy most, personally, is my boss. Having a good boss is very important, and I really like the person I report to. They are very understanding, and anything I need, they are very open and transparent.

They are very hands-off. It's more about getting your work done. If you need help, they say to let them know. So, I really like that aspect of it.

Also, just the general structure of the management. We have every other Friday off in the office, which is nice. Monday and Friday are remote days, so it's a nice hybrid schedule.

So, overall, just like the mental health aspect and the work-life balance are the two biggest things for me. It's work that I can balance well with the rest of my life, and a lot of the work I can do somewhat on my own time, also, if I choose to. So, I like that flexibility.
