What do you enjoy most about being in your industry?

The thing that I personally enjoy most is that I think manufacturing is interesting. I think it's a new industry for me to learn, and it's a big, important industry.

It's very practical. Especially working not just in manufacturing, but in defense manufacturing. Working with government contractors and directly with the government is fascinating work.
