Could you walk me through your career path, starting with your experiences in college? Any internships or jobs that you've had before your current role?

I started off in junior college. I did three years there and then transferred to Sacramento State.

When I transferred to Sacramento State, I was still working in restaurants. I worked at Chipotle and Buckhorn Grill during that time.

As I was going to school, I got a job in sales at a jewelry company, doing in-store sales. That was really beneficial for me to develop my soft skills while I was in school.

I graduated from Sac State and continued working in sales after receiving my degree in finance, until I could find a different job. I ended up working for a construction company called Forin as a cost analyst. That was my first job in the career path I wanted.

Since then, I've worked for Workflow Solutions, a small tech startup in San Francisco, and Robert Half, an accounting and finance recruiting company, where I did consulting. Currently, I work as a financial analyst for General Atomics here in San Diego.
