What is your biggest challenge in your current role?
My biggest challenge right now is the way the business operates. Being in a manufacturing environment is a challenge because I don't fully understand the intricacies of manufacturing.
I'm new to this industry, and there's a lot to learn. There are many different departments and aspects of the company, like engineering, operations, sustainment, and customer success, that I don't quite grasp yet.
I think the biggest challenge is staying engaged and continuously learning. I don't want to stop learning or reach a point where I feel discouraged.
So, I would say my biggest challenge is consistently trying to learn more about the company outside of my own department.
