What do you enjoy most about being in your industry?

That's a good one. Outside of the big picture business stuff, I really enjoy the investment side quite a bit, in my personal life. I think stocks are interesting.

I like trading stocks in my own accounts, to be honest. What I really love about the industry is that as folks get older, even if they end up making pretty high incomes at some point, like if you make $800K a year one day, but then you spend $750K, you're the same as someone making $150K and spending $100K.

So you really learn personal financial planning. You learn how retirement accounts work and all the basic personal financial stuff to really guide you to a better future. Yeah, that's what I like most about the industry.
