What have you learned about this role that you wish someone had told you before you entered the industry?

The biggest thing is just being patient with yourself. Everything comes in time.

To go on a tangent, there's a book called *The Tipping Point*. It essentially says that if you make really good decisions over time, they'll tip over in the right way, and you'll have a flow of good things come to you.

But if you make bad decisions, it flips the other way. You'll be doing well, and all of a sudden, something catastrophic will happen; you'll get hit by a bunch of stuff at once.

So, really, making good decisions is important. It's about putting your best foot forward.
