What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?
I'd say the thing I enjoy the most is the people side of it. Folks are constantly coming to us with self-development questions.
Sometimes, I can help them out on the risk side. If someone declares bankruptcy or is in dire straits in other aspects of their life, they'll come to us for help navigating.
We often step in when they need to work with regulatory authorities. I find that very rewarding, just being able to help and develop people. That's always been my biggest passion.
