How would you describe people who typically thrive in this industry?
I haven't been here too long. I think I'm thriving, I would say. I just like being around other people.
Explaining that someone is thriving in this industry is a tough question. I would say it's people who care deeply for the right reasons.
Education is key. If you're just in it for the money, it might work initially, but eventually people will figure it out.
The other thing is having a lot of patience. You need a lot of patience to work in EdTech. I'm learning that I don't have a lot of patience, but we're getting there.
