What do you enjoy most about being in your role?

That one's easy. It's never boring. Being able to work cross-functionally across all the teams in the company, while also having different responsibilities in finance, operations, and product, means that no two days rarely look alike.

It's not boring, and I learn new things if not daily, then definitely weekly. This is also a byproduct of the industry we're in; we're building an AI product, and the industry and technology are changing so rapidly.

I get to learn about this industry that's kind of taking over our lives, or at least the media and tech world. That's definitely my favorite part.

Also, just getting to work cross-functionally across different organizations has been great. Prior to this role, I'd never had to work with product and engineering teams that much. Getting to work a lot closer with them and understand their process and how they work has been really interesting and valuable to me as well.
