What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?
I really enjoy speaking with students and working with my team. We have a really fun team.
I especially enjoy working with our partners because we exchange success stories and challenges, and no day is the same. It's always different.
The biggest joy is speaking to a student who's struggling and then they receive the services. Following up with them later on and realizing they passed the class or the test.
Or they become more comfortable at our college, or they were inspired to stay in school and finish. That's really inspiring.
Just knowing that I'm making a difference, even if it's in a small way, in the students' lives.
