What does a day in the life of your role look like?

Typically, I come into work and check my email. The first thing I do is review emails to see if there's anything urgent that requires a response.

Next, I access the system to check for any alerts that need my attention. The beginning of semesters often brings the most alerts.

I then review these alerts and begin contacting students via email or text. I also reach out to professors to provide feedback on their work progress.

Afterward, I generate reports and submit them to our organization. I also have meetings with partners to discuss various areas like tutoring, counseling, mental health, and the Writing Center.

Some of my tasks involve meeting with offices to establish these partnerships. Once a partnership is formed, we follow up to monitor its progress. Essentially, my role involves a lot of case management and partnership building.
