What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?

For sure. I think I enjoy two things. One is that I am able to work with people from different backgrounds, and I get to travel a lot. I get to learn about different industries, different functions, and different clients, and how they're doing things differently.

So, I am constantly learning. I feel consulting is definitely an extension of my business school; I'm always learning new stuff.

The second thing I enjoy most is that I am actually using what I'm good at. I'm good with people, I'm good with communications, and I'm good with how to use my body language and tone of voice to make an impact on people.

Consulting is the only job I've had so far that fully utilizes my skills. So, I always say those are the two points that I enjoy the most about my role.
