What do you enjoy most about being in your industry?
I think what I'm enjoying most about the industry is the level of, of the love. How much our colleagues and co-workers would appreciate starting to level up conversations. They like to be very smart on lots of conversations and go deep on them.
They're all very smart people. They don't make assumptions on lots of things because we're working in consulting. Nothing can be assumed; you always have to ask.
They always go deep and try to specialize in something, trying to be an expert in something. So, I think that's something I really enjoy: everyone around me is so smart, but they are smart in their own ways.
