What entry-level positions in this field might an undergraduate college student consider?
In consulting in general, the career architecture is very set. If you come in as an undergraduate, you'll probably start with analytics or analyst positions.
This means you'll be doing the groundwork, running spreadsheets, designing PowerPoints, or creating surveys. So, give it a shot just to get in there and see what types of jobs are at your level.
I was also thinking it's a good way to see how people operate in consulting. I don't think consulting is for everyone, but I do believe it's either for you or not. That will be a really valuable experience for you to learn something.
