How would you describe people who typically thrive in this industry?

In the entertainment industry, finance professionals who thrive are typically innovative. They constantly look for creative ways to grow the business, presenting these ideas to their business partners.

As finance professionals, we might initially think there are only a few ways to adjust, such as reducing costs or growing revenue. However, there are indeed creative methods to achieve these goals.

As a finance partner, I get to work with many cross-functional partners. This includes marketing, legal, and other groups like corporate alliances. We help evaluate the value of activations or content being released.

This allows us to help deliver on financial goals. It also enables us to be a great thought partner to our peers.
