What is one lesson that you have learned that has proven significance in your career?
The lesson I've learned that's proving significant in my career is something I tell a lot of young, budding professionals. It's that your first job is not your forever job, and technically, no job is your forever job.
When you navigate your career and are in a role, there's always something to learn. Whether that means a promotion, or evaluating if you should pivot in your function or career, there's always something else to learn and someone else to learn from.
So, when you navigate your career, I think what's proven significant to me is to evaluate what I want to be learning next. How do I want to grow both professionally and personally? And how does this contribute to my long-term goals in my career? Keep that in mind as you're searching for jobs, and you'll succeed.
