What's the biggest challenge in your control?
The biggest challenge in my current role, I think, is with the company's processes. Every company has different processes, but with that, there are certain levels of approvals you have to get.
So, when you prepare a recommendation or presentation, you'll have to present that to your leaders and their leaders above them. Making sure that everyone has buy-in is crucial.
One of the biggest challenges in getting that buy-in is that it takes time. It's also about making sure you can tell that story effectively to persuade and influence your partners to make the right decision.
It's not a hard obstacle, but the challenge is to tell that story well so you can persuade all the partners you work with and make the right business decision for the company.
