Normally, I start my day around 7:30 or 8 AM. I grab a cup of coffee and then begin by looking at my email.
I use Outlook to organize my workstream throughout the day. I prioritize tasks in my inbox and then structure my day.
From about 7:30 to 9:30 AM, I review my calendar. I determine who I need to speak with and schedule necessary meetings.
