Transcript

What's the biggest challenge that you have in your current role?

I previously talked about communication. I'll bring it back to one of the few things I'm still working on.

The biggest challenge is figuring out when it's a good time to talk to people. I'm always expanding on communication, or you can do better.

I'm so reluctant to get help sometimes. I always feel like there's an ego part of yourself that wants to solve things and thinks you can do this without any help. This sort of challenges stop yourself.

It's analysis paralysis. It's one of the few things I struggle with sometimes. Then, just go out there, talk to people, and bring back what I enjoy the most: getting somebody's input.

Put that ego behind yourself; don't be overly analytical.
