People who typically thrive in this industry are very flexible and have an ability to multitask. There will be many different scenarios that pop up that you'll have to address.
For example, I started during COVID when the panel was blocked and shipments were backed up. You really needed to figure out creative ways to communicate with vendors. You also had to handle huge life events and global events and how they impacted the company.
