What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?
What I like is when I get to meet with somebody I've helped. I work with flower shops for Promenade, helping small, mom-and-pop flower shops get online.
When I see them use a feature I made, they say, "Oh my God, I use that, and it was such a help to me!" It allowed them to do so much more with their business.
That feeling of helping people and making their days easier is really rewarding for me.
