What is your biggest challenge in your current role?
I might sound repetitive, but I would go back to prioritization. Sometimes you get caught up trying to solve just the most recent thing that comes up within your inbox or pipeline. A lot of the time, I have to go back to myself and reprioritize within my mind.
It might sound simple, but it goes such a long way if you have your priorities straight. Organizing your day-to-day within those priorities is key. I think my biggest challenge is making sure I'm putting energy and effort into the things that will make the biggest impact.
Another challenge is adaptability. I think it's a very dynamic environment. I've been doing this for five years, and it has changed so much. Making sure you are aware of the change and always reinventing yourself is something you have to be aware of.
