What have you learned about this role now? Is there anything you wish someone had told you before you entered the industry?
I didn't realize it would be so related to [unclear]. I didn't know I would be an internal consultant in an organization.
I didn't expect it to be so much project-based. I thought it would be more of a day-to-day job with routine, impactful tasks.
It's like having a McKinsey consultant within an organization, but working for that organization. That's kind of how the strategy question looked.
So that made it way more fun and interesting after working there and analyzing how work was done.
