What is your biggest challenge in your job?

That's an interesting question. I would say the biggest challenge is to translate financial information.

I have an accounting background, so I understand perfectly how the numbers work, how to read financial statements, and what some things mean regarding these areas.

Sometimes I have to translate or try to explain some of these things to people who have no background in finance or numbers at all. That's a big challenge because if you do an amazing job, like your product is excellent, but the recipient of the message doesn't understand you, it's worthless.

It's also super inefficient. I would say that's one of the main challenges. That's the first one that comes to my mind, and it's big.
