What do you enjoy most about being in your role?

What I enjoy most about my role is the types of deals I get to work on. Everything is always different; nothing is ever the same.

There are a lot of changes, obviously. We deal with real estate needs that fluctuate depending on the current economy. So, everything is not the same.

I can go from a super easy deal to a very complex one. It's the variety that I like. I'm not stuck doing just one thing.
