What do you enjoy most about being in your industry?
What I enjoy most about the real estate industry is the type of transactions I deal with. As I said previously, it's always different; everything changes.
A lot of things change depending on the economy. Things pop up. During COVID, for example, we had to deal with many changes because no one was going into the office.
We went from trying to figure out how to get through it while working, to trying to deal with real estate transactions in places I couldn't even access. I can't just go to Alaska and fly over there.
During COVID especially, it was super hard. I had to adapt a lot. In the industry, I think it's ever-changing. It's not the same. There are a lot of challenges, but it's also fun to me. It's fun.
