I think it's definitely a love-hate relationship with how fast-paced it is. I enjoy that about my role, but a challenge is striking the right balance between staying busy and not becoming too overwhelmed.
It's important to make sure I'm asking for help if and when I need it. The fast pace and the current state of the business are definitely challenging.
