Q5: Favorite parts - role

There are so many things I love about being in my role. I tell people almost every day how much I love my job, because it really is that people aspect.

I love getting to meet new people; it happens literally every day. Nurturing these relationships and staying connected with students I've met with previously is important.

This is true even if they don't attend the program. I also enjoy being connected with students like yourself who do attend and helping out with whatever I can.

My team is amazing and fantastic. It's nice to collaborate with them on what we can do better and what's working now. We're looking forward to upcoming events.

We're planning our summer and fall recruitment strategies. We get excited about our travels and the new people we'll meet for this upcoming cycle.

My favorite part, the thing I enjoy most about it, is just the people aspect.
