Q6: Biggest challenge in your role?
That's a good question. The biggest challenge isn't just getting a full cohort by the time our deadlines are posted. It's making sure it's a good fit cohort.
Because we operate on rolling admissions, we're not looking at everybody's application at the same time. We admit as we go, so sometimes we don't see the full scope of things.
It's trying to build out that perfect cohort as the months progress. It's tricky to navigate making sure we have top-tier, high-quality candidates while not falling short of our enrollment goals by being too selective.
It's a fine line to walk and can be difficult at times. But year after year, we always end up in the same place: a beautiful cohort with amazing students who are excited and willing to be here, and we hit our goals. It's always a little stressful in the moment, but it always works out.
