What have you learned about this role that you wish someone would have told you before you entered the industry?

I wish someone had told me to be okay with asking questions and asking for help. There's a lot of stress put on you, but it's okay. The people around you have gone through it, and they probably have a couple more years of experience.

So don't be nervous to go in and say, "Hey, can you help me out? Can you sit with me for five minutes and explain this to me?" I know you're busy, and I'm trying to learn and help the team.

But just go in and say, "Hey, I need your help. I'm spinning my wheels." It's okay to ask for help.

If you're going to ask someone for help, come ready to learn and with a notebook. Make sure you're utilizing their time as successfully as you can.
