What do you enjoy most about being in your industry?
One of the things I enjoy about the industry is the people it attracts. It has a lot of different people, cultures, and personalities, many of them quite loud.
It's kind of fun coming to work and hanging out, though "hanging out" might not be the right word. We're working with other people who are also driven problem solvers.
With construction, you also get some people who are a little hard to work with, and that personality definitely comes out. Honestly, working with all these interesting people keeps life interesting.
