What is your biggest challenge in your current role?
The biggest challenge is definitely just being young and still having a lot to learn. I've been doing this for three years, and while I know a lot more than I did back then, there's still so much to learn and so many things happening that I'm figuring out.
So, definitely, getting more knowledge and learning more is my biggest challenge right now. The other challenge is when you're young in your career, you're always taking on new roles and being promoted.
It's like, "All right, now that you've learned that, what's the next step?" So it's just trying to do all the roles I've agreed to, trying to pick up new tasks, and trying not to get overwhelmed by all these things that are going on. I'm also trying to have a little fun with the work.
