What is one lesson you have learned that has proven significant in your career?

I think the biggest thing I've learned over my six and a half years in sales is to raise your hand when you need help. I admit, I used to like to run my whole sales process myself. I don't like some reps who lean on management or directors to help close deals for them.

I like to control things, and I like to win or lose because of my own actions. But especially here at ZoomInfo, I've learned it's okay to win and lose as a team.

If you're outnumbered, like four to one, bring on your manager. I think that's one thing I've really learned: raise your hand for help.

Sometimes I get in my own way because I'm stubborn and think I can do it myself. In reality, we can be better as an organization if I reach out to my manager or director and ask for help. That's the biggest thing I've learned: don't be afraid to ask for help.

Raise your hand because there are people who are smarter than you and probably have the answers. They can help you ultimately accomplish your goal.
