What do you enjoy most about being in your industry?

In terms of industry software tech, it's great. I originally got into payroll software, was at a startup for a few months, and then I've been at ZoomInfo for over two years now. It's the best company, best job, best role I've ever been in.

I absolutely love what I do, and I think a lot of that is because of the people. ZoomInfo has over 3,500 employees, and I've yet to meet anyone who isn't helpful. I've never encountered someone mean or anything like that.

I can speak to my experience at ZoomInfo. The people you meet are very helpful, nice, and willing to lend a hand. That's something I really appreciate.

You try to do that for the next person. We just onboarded a new person onto our team, and I told them to ask me as many questions as they can. I want to pass that on and be that helpful person to someone new breaking into the tech software space.

So, message me questions, hit me with questions, annoy me, call me at 11 PM, I don't care. I want to be that helpful hand because so many people have helped me on my own journey.
