What is one lesson that you've learned that has proven significant in your career?
Probably the biggest lesson I've learned, in addition to change always happens and to take a risk, is that you're never alone in the journey. We come into this life alone, and we sometimes leave alone.
But in the midst of it, there are lots of people, friends, and family who want to help you. You just have to ask.
Whether it's been in my professional life or in my personal life, I had a tendency to think I could do it all on my own. I could build my success, no matter what. I didn't ask for enough help.
That's the biggest learning of my professional and personal life: there are always people there that you should ask for help and perspective from. They're there because they want to be there in your lives and they love you. So, ask for the help. Get support.
