What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?
I love the variety. I love being an entrepreneur, and that's generally what I am. I'm running an agency, but I'm an entrepreneur.
You have to love the challenges of building a business and delivering on that business. You also have to love the profession you've chosen to do that in. I love being an entrepreneur and the variety it affords you.
I don't have a defined job. I have various responsibilities, but my job isn't a basic nine-to-five where I do the same thing every single day. I'm doing a little bit of everything every single day.
The only person that challenges me is me. It's always a growth opportunity to be an entrepreneur, to do what you love, and to see how far you can take it.
