What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?
I definitely like being master of my own destiny. Having control of as much of your ecosystem as possible really drives with my personality.
Being able to keep the business aligned with my personal values as a founder and CEO is also really important. One of the scariest things to me is, as we grow, our own influence as founders starts to diminish.
How much of that is it reasonable to give up for the sake of growth? When your mission is to have impact, you have to be willing to accept that, otherwise you're never going to impact what you want.
