What do you enjoy most about being in your industry?
There's a lot to be proud of when working in my industry. The industry is a blanket term, but for the company I work for, being able to give back to the community through donations is important.
I think being able to work with different technologies, even those not meant for our industry, and making them work efficiently and practically is rewarding. There's a lot of space in the quick-service restaurant, food and beverage, and hospitality industries for innovative ideas.
Using non-standard technologies to standardize internal processes is pretty neat and fun. The creativity required to think about implementing something not typically used in QSRs or F&B is what I enjoy the most.
