What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?

It's such a cliché answer, but I really do enjoy helping people. It is one of the most personally gratifying things when you can tell that you've really made a difference in someone's life and were actually able to help.

It's really disheartening whenever you can't truly help someone in certain situations. But when you really can help them get a piece of themselves back and also improve their quality of life, that matters a lot more than anything else.
