What is your biggest challenge in your current role?

If I had to name my biggest challenge, it's sometimes managing the chaos of the day-to-day. It can be really overwhelming when you have a list of eight different things you have to do.

If you get behind on one part, the list just keeps growing. You have to get better at time management to make sure everything gets done. This also ensures everyone remains satisfied with how things are progressing.
