What do you enjoy the most about your current role?

There's quite a bit that I enjoy. The thing I enjoy the most, honestly, is having a fantastic boss. He has very little ego.

He's a very intelligent individual, and because he manages his ego well, we have actual productive conversations. He's willing to take my advice and be influenced by what I provide him in his decision-making.

I think that's important: having a humble nature, especially at higher levels. The other thing I enjoy is that I work for one of the most famous studio lots in the world. You can't get better than that. It's fantastic and amazing that I work for Paramount Studios; it's such an incredible company.

The other thing is, I really enjoy finance. The numbers in finance always tell the story of the business. They're the underlying basis of the business's storyline. You can talk with people who run the operations, but you also have visibility through the numbers of what's actually occurring. You can see from a profit margin standpoint what's happening within the business. So, I really enjoy the numerical aspect of my job.
