Can you tell me what you enjoy most about being in your current role?

I enjoy being able to have frontline interaction with users. I like hearing about their stories and drilling deep into their needs and wants. Then, I can come back as their advocate to make sure whatever we do in business reflects user needs and solves their pain points.

I also like to be the connector of many business departments. When I do research, I get to see the connecting points of different things that teams are building and how they collaborate to solve user needs.

Sometimes, teams don't communicate as much or don't know what others are building or planning. I am able to connect the points for different teams to make sure we are building a seamless and more cohesive experience for users.
