What do you enjoy most about being in this role?
I think first and foremost is for sure the people. You spend so much time with so many different people from the company, and you really form a relationship when you're trying to understand their issues as well as solving their problems for them. I think that really creates these tight bonds and that's something I've really enjoyed.
As well as kind of building off that, just how many parts of the company you're able to touch with a project like this. I know I'm by no means an expert in all these areas, but working with marketing, human resources, and accounting and finance every day was learning something new about the company or just business in general.
I'm definitely someone that enjoys when no two days are the exact same in my job. I'd also say that you just get a lot of responsibility quickly in this role. It really challenges you and pushes you to learn new things, try new things, and really adapt to the changing environment.
